I’m going to have to get involved now.

Bank Robber A:
Crap, I just remembered.
They say there’s this scary girl in Judgment.
She’s a teleporter who will beat you up inside and out until you wish that you’d never been born.

Kuroko:
I don’t know what you’re talking about.

Bank Robber B:
Damn her!
I’m not gonna turn tail and run.

Bank Robber A:
What’s even worse, apparently this teleporter has given herself, heart and soul, to a powerful electromaster.

Bank Robber B:
Go ahead.
I’m happy to take you out, too.

Kuroko:
That’s right.
That girl over there is one of the most powerful of the twenty-three million people in the city.

From here on out, this fight is a personal one for me.

from here on out : ここからずっと

“from here on” だけや、”from here on in” とも言うそうです。

I hate to do this, but it’s too late.

I hate to bother you, but could I ask you a question?

I hate to say it, but you owe me some money.

「I hate to 〜, but …」

She’s a teleporter who will beat you up inside and out until you wish that you’d never been born.

inside and out は「中も外も」です。

“until you wish that you’d never been born” の部分を確認しましょう。

been があるので、you’d は you had ですね。

you wish that you had never been born

you had never been born ですね。

I don’t know what you’re talking about.

“What are you talking about?”

I’m not gonna turn tail and run.

turn tail (and run) :

“turn tail and run” あるいは “turn tail and flee” というように、かたまりで使うことが多いです。

What’s even worse, apparently this teleporter has given herself, heart and soul, to a powerful electromaster.

“what is worse” というフレーズです。

Go ahead.

Out of the seven Level 5’s, she’s ranked third.

out of 〜 : の中から

rank は SVO(SVOM)をとります。
